dc.description.abstract This study examines project management in the public service sector. Based on the analysis of country cases from Kazakhstan, Russia, Uzbekistan, and Kyrgyzstan, it analyzes the formation, development, and implementation of project management practices in the public sectors of the member states of the Eurasian Economic Union. The study explores the legislative frameworks regulating project management in the public service system and assesses the advantages and disadvantages of these mechanisms during the implementation of national projects. Through an in-depth study of these cases, the authors reveal approaches that facilitate the creation of a comprehensive project management system in the public sector. The results of the study show that contract service is one of the mechanisms for regulating labor relations in the process of implementing projects with the involvement of experts. en_US
