Abstract:
ThispaperexaminestheissuesrelatedtotheorganizationofremoteworkinginthecivilservicesystemoftheKazakhstanduringtheCovid-19Outbreak.TheauthoranalyzedtheorganizationalandlegalproblemsrelatedtoremoteworkingpolicyintheRepublicofKazakhstanin2020-2021.Theanalysisconcernedthestudyofinternationalexperience,Kazakhstan’slabourlegislationthatregulatesissuesintheareaofremoteworkingpolicy.Thestudyrevealedthattheimplementationofremoteworkingcouldleadtolong-termbenefitsfortheCivilServiceintheformofthequalityofserviceandcost-effectiveness.Theauthorproposesanumberofrecommendationsrelatedtotheremoteworkingpolicyinthedomesticregulatorylegalacts.
