Abstract:
Scientific novelty. The scientific novelty of the study lies in the fact that on the basis of the conducted analytical research:
– recommendations are given on the optimization of business processes of the public service “Provision of a land plot for the construction of an object within the settlement”, “Architectural planning tasks and Technical specifications”, “Approval of a draft project” by developing a new algorithm for obtaining permits;
– recommendations are given to improve the existing geoinformation system (geoportal.akt.kz) for the provision of public services in the field of permits and interaction with the public by means of open data access in the field of urban planning.
– recommendations are given in the field of urban planning documentation on the implementation of the strategic document of the concept of city development in the master plan in regulatory legal acts.
