Abstract:
The aim of the study was to disclose the stages of formation, establishment and
development of the system for assessing the effectiveness of the government bodies’ performance
in the Republic of Kazakhstan. Reforming the system for assessing the effectiveness of the government bodies’ performance is found by the authors as an institutional tool with the help of
which the improvement of the government bodies’ performance could be successfully analyzed.
