Abstract:
The work provides evidences concerning the issue and results of the analysis of constitutional model institutionalization of local self-governance.
It considers problems connected with constitutional limitations and reveals the systemic contradictions in organizational and regulative framework for the local self-governance.
The improvement of the local public administration in Kazakhstan has been carried out through strengthening of the role of government representative bodies which also legislatively represent the local self-government.
